Crab Stuffed Avocado Salad

Short description:

This salad features chopped bib lettuce tossed in Dijon sherry vinaigrette and topped with a whole avocado filled with a crab meat salad, featuring Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

Ingredients:


2 cups Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

¾ cup Dijon-Sherry Vinaigrette

1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

Pinch of Celery Salt

2 Whole Ripe Avocados, halved

2 heads Butter Lettuce, leaves separated and rinsed

1 head Radicchio, leaves separated and rinsed

In a medium bowl, fold the crab gently with ½ cup of vinaigrette, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries and season with celery salt. Place ½ cup of crab meat inside of avocado and place on top of desired amount of salad. Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve immediately
