Cranberry Herb Monkey Bread

Short description:

This savory monkey bread features buttermilk biscuit dough rolled into balls and tossed with corn meal, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, fresh herbs and cheddar cheese. Baked until golden and bubbly, then turned out onto a plate for sharing.


1 tube buttermilk biscuit dough
½ cup buttermilk

5 tablespoons butter

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

2 ½ tablespoons fine cornmeal

½ tablespoon fresh thyme

½ tablespoon fresh rosemary


Preheat and oven to 350F degrees. Remove the biscuit dough from the tube and cut the biscuits into 4.

Place the cut up biscuits into a bowl and toss with the cornmeal. In a separate bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients until fully incorporated. Combine the biscuit dough with the other ingredients and place in  a buttered 5inch spring form pan


Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
