Cobb Style Taco Salad

Turkey, roasted, chopped                                                          ½ cup

Taco Seasoning                                                                        1 T

Romaine, chopped                                                                     2 cups

Ranch Dressing                                                                         2 T

Cherry Tomato, quartered                                                           4 each

Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries                                                  3 T

Corn, roasted                                                                           3 T

Black Beans, drained and rinsed                                                   3 T

Red Onion, chopped                                                                   3 T

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Salsa, on website-sauces                         3 T


  1. In a small bowl, toss the chopped turkey in the taco seasoning and reserve until ready to use
  2. Next, in a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine in the ranch dressing, coating evenly and place in an appropriate sized chilled salad bowl.
  3. Finally, in thin rows, layer the remaining ingredients over the romaine.
  4. Serve immediately.
