Bacon, cooked, cut into lardons                                                             2 T

Bleu Cheese, crumbled                                                                          1 ½ T

Scallion, sliced                                                                                    1 T

Fried Onions                                                                                       1 T

Parsley, chopped                                                                                 ½ T

Fresh Cracked Black Pepper                                                                   TT


  1. Drizzle the Ocean Spray® Cranberry Bleu Cheese Dressing over the iceberg wedge.
  2. Sprinkle all remaining ingredients over the iceberg.
  3. Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
