Scallions, chopped                                                                 1 ¼ cups

Provolone Cheese, shredded                                                    5 cup

Roasted Red Peppers, julienne                                                  5 cup

Roasted Chicken, shredded                                                      5 #

Provolone Cheese, shredded                                                      ¼ cup

Roasted Red Peppers, julienne                                                    ¼ cup

Roasted Chicken, shredded                                                        4 oz.

Alabama “Red n’ White” Dressing, 'recipe below'                             2 fl. Oz.

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until combined
  2. Place on a large, chilled salad plate and serve immediately

 Bulk Alabama “Red n’ White” Dressing

Mayonnaise                                                                           4 cups

Apple Cider Vinegar                                                                 ½ cup

Lemon Juice                                                                           1 cup

Prepared Horseradish                                                               ¼ cup

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Jelly Sauce                                          ½ cup

Garlic Powder                                                                          2 tsp

Kosher Salt                                                                             2 tsp

Fresh Ground Black Pepper                                                         2 T

Whole Grain Mustard                                                                 ¼ cup

 Method of Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until emulsified
  2. Reserve until ready to use
