12” Jalapeno Flour Wrap                                                       20 each

Ocean Spray® Cranberry-Citrus Slaw, recipe follows                 10 cups

Smoked Tempeh                                                                 10 cups

Chopped Romaine                                                                 5 cups

Avocado, sliced                                                                  10 each

12” Jalapeno Flour Wrap                                                        1 each

Ocean Spray® Cranberry-Citrus Slaw, recipe follows                   ½ cup

Smoked Tempeh                                                                   ½ cup

Chopped Romaine                                                                  ¼ cup

Avocado, sliced                                                                    ½ each

Directions:

  1. In the center of the tortilla place smoked tempeh, cranberry-citrus slaw, chopped romaine and avocado.
  2. Fold in the corners and roll tightly
  3. Optional: Preheat griddle or sandwich press to 350F
  4. Optional: Place flap side down on the griddle and grill until browned on each side
  5. Serve immediately

 Bulk Ocean Spray Cranberry-Citrus Slaw

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Jelly sauce                                          1 cup

Mayonnaise                                                                           1 cup

Lemon Juice                                                                           2 T

Kosher Salt                                                                            1 tsp

Fresh Ground Black Pepper                                                        ½ tsp

Shredded Cabbage                                                                   8 cups

Shredded Carrot                                                                      1 cup

 Method of Preparation

  1. In a small bowl mix all ingredients, except cabbage and carrots, until combined.
  2. When ready to serve, toss with cabbage and carrots until coated
  3. Use immediately
