White Cranberry Citrus Vinaigrette

Rice wine vinegar                    2 tablespoons

Lime, juiced                           1 each

Lemon, juiced                        ½ each

Dijon mustard                         1 teaspoon

Light agave nectar                   2 tablespoons

White Cranberry Juice              1 ½ cups

Salad (or canola) oil                 1 cup


  1. Add the first 6 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.  Wisk in the oil slowly or place all in a mixer or blender and blend until emulsified.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
