Shaved brussel sprouts are tossed with a light peppery-lime vinaigrette, chopped hazelnuts and Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries topped with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Ingredients:
6 cups brussel sprouts, halved, very thinly sliced
1 cup Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
1 cup lime-pepper vinaigrette
1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the brussel sprouts, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, hazelnuts and vinaigrette. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove to a serving platter and garnish with crumbled gorgonzola. Serve chilled.
