BREADED BOURBON PORK TENDERLOIN FLATBREAD

Crispy pork tenderloin strips are loaded into this flat-bread with fresh shredded lettuce, ripened diced tomato, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries diced onions and drizzled with a delicious bourbon glaze.

Ingredients:

1 piece flat bread

3 pieces breaded pork tenderloins

2/3 cup shredded lettuce

¼ cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons caramelized onions

1 tablespoon bourbon glaze

2 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

Directions:

Preheat a fryer to 350F degrees. Prepare the pork tenderloin strips by dredging in a seasoned flour mix, egg wash and then a panko breading. Fry the tenderloin strips until fully cooked through, about 3 minutes.

Heat the bread and then fill with tender strips and the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle with the bourbon glaze and serve immediately.
