A simple yet flavorful twist on the classic Italian vinaigrette. This dressing features Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice mixed with red wine vinegar, honey, Italian herbs and olive oil for a quick all-purpose dressing or marinade.

Ingredients:

½ cup Ocean Spray® Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice

½ cup red wine vinegar

6 tablespoons honey

½ cup olive oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk the Ocean Spray® cranberry juice, vinegar and honey together. Stream in the olive oil to create the vinaigrette, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
