This delicious fall-themed vinaigrette features Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice mixed with apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, rosemary and olive oil for a quick and simple, addictive dressing for the cooler months.

Ingredients:

½ cup Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice                                                                 

¼ cup apple cider vinegar                                                                          
2 tablespoons maple syrup                                                                        

1 teaspoon dijon mustard                                                                           

½ teaspoon kosher salt                                                                              

¼ teaspoon rosemary, fresh, chopped                                                                

1 pinch black pepper, ground                                                                    

¾ cup olive oil

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Gradually whisk in olive oil to combine. Use immediately or store under refrigeration.
