Great for pork, chicken and beef!
Ingredients:

2 Cups Ocean Spray® Wholeberry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 ½ tsp grated orange peel
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
1/2 cup packed golden brown sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chopped fresh chillies
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black peppercorns
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a heavy based sauce pan.

Bring to a boil on medium/high stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and transfer to a clean bowl to cool.

Marinade can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
