The flavors of applewood smoke come alive in this delicious salad! Applewood smoked turkey is shredded and placed atop chopped romaine, iceberg and spinach. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese, diced bacon, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, fresh avocado and drizzled with a buttermilk ranch dressing.

Ingredients:

2 cups Baby Spinach, rinsed

2 cups Iceberg Lettuce, chopped

2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 cup Applewood Bacon, diced

1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

12 oz Turkey Breast, roasted and shredded

2 Whole Ripened Avocadoes, slivered

1 cup Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for turkey, avocado and ranch dressing. Toss well and distribute evenly across four plates. Top with 3 oz of roasted turkey breast and a ¼ of avocado. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve
