A delicious Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Juice is mixed with Ocean Spray Orange Juice, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey and olive oil for a great tasting, healthful citrus dressing or marinade.
Ingredients:
¼ cup Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Juice
¼ cup Ocean Spray® Orange Juice
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch white pepper, ground
¾ cup olive oil
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Gradually whisk in olive oil to combine. Use immediately or store under refrigeration.
