Rim a highball glass with fresh lemon and spiced salt. Fill the glass with ice. Add 1.5 oz. chili-infused vodka*, a dash of Worcestershire and a dash of Tabasco. Top with 3-4 oz. Ocean Spray Blood Mary Mix and garnish with a Thai Basil sprig.
*Add 1 fresh chili pepper to a bottle of vodka and let sit for 3-5 hours.
