In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. rum, 1 oz. lemon juice, 1 oz. simple syrup, 1 oz. Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Juice Cocktail and a dash of lemon bitters. Shake and strain into a coupette and top with a cherry foam.
*cherry foam- To a cream whipper, add 6 oz. egg whites, 2 oz. lemon juice, 2 oz. cherry brandy, ½ oz. grenadine. Lid and charge.
