To a cocktail shaker, add 0.25 cup peeled clementine segments. Muddle. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Akvavit, 1 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. simple syrup, 2 oz. Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail. Add 1 oz. egg white (optional). Shake sharply and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a side of potato chips.
