Ingredients:

• 6 slices bacon

  3 eggs

  1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

  1 bunch of water cress

  1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries

  3 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast

  2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

   

Directions:

Arrange chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, Craisins® and green onions in a row on top of the lettuce.

• Drizzle with the red wine vinaigrette and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
