BROCCOLI CRANBERRY SALAD - SCHOOL RECIPE

A colorful & crunchy dish!

Ingredients:

3 lbs, 12 oz (24 cups) Broccoli florets, raw

6 cups Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

1 1/2 cups Plain, fat-free Greek yogurt

1 1/2 cups Lite mayonnaise

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Honey

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets and dried cranberries.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey until well mixed.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cranberries and toss until salad is well coated. Serve or store covered, in the refrigerator.
