Taking the wonderful flavors of the Middle East this wrap features tandoori marinated Chicken, shredded and topped with diced onions, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, ripened tomatoes and a tangy cucumber-dill yogurt sauce all wrapped in a warmed whole wheat pita.
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken, pulled, hot
4 teaspoons Tandoori marinade
4 pita pockets, halved
½ cup cucumber dill yogurt
¼ cup Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries
1/3 cup tomatoes, diced
3 tablespoons onions, diced
Directions:
In a medium bowl, toss the pulled chicken in the tandoori marinade. Reserve.
Toast the pita pockets in an oven or microwave to soften. Fill each half of the pita pocket with 1/8 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon cucumber dill yogurt, ½ tablespoon Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, 2 teaspoons diced tomatoes, and 1 teaspoon diced onions. Serve immediately.
