A classic, balanced, base vinaigrette made with apple cider vinegar, honey, whole grain mustard, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil, great as a starter to a number of flavored dressings or perfect just the way it is.
Ingredients:

Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
Honey 1 tablespoon
Thyme, fresh, chopped 1 teaspoon
Whole grain mustard ½ teaspoon
Salt, kosher 1/8 teaspoon
White pepper, ground 1/16 teaspoon
Vegetable oil ½ cup
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients except vegetable oil. In a steady stream, gradually whisk in the oil. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use. Portion Size: 2 tablespoons
