Since the sweet and tart flavors of Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice and Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce go so nicely with the fresh punch of horseradish there is no reason not to make a delicious vinaigrette by adding Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar, and olive oil.

Ingredients:

• Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice               ¼ cup

  Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce   2 tablespoons

  Sherry vinegar                                          2 tablespoons

  Horseradish, prepared                              ½ tablespoon

  Dijon mustard                                          1 teaspoon

  Salt, kosher                                              1/8 teaspoon

  Black pepper, ground                              1/16 teaspoon

  Olive oil                                                   ¾ cup

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. In a steady stream, gradually whisk in the oil. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use.
