Traditional Asian flavors including soy, ginger, garlic, sesame, and yuzu are perfectly balanced with Ocean Spray® Cranberry Coulis and Orange Juice to make a flavor packed vinaigrette unlike any other.

Ingredients:

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Coulis         1 cup

Ocean Spray® Orange Juice                1 tablespoon

Black sesame seeds                               2 tablespoons

Rice wine vinegar                                 1 ½ tablespoon

Soy sauce                                              1 ½ tablespoon

Ginger, fresh, minced                           1 ½ tablespoon

Honey                                                   1 tablespoon

Yuzu                                                     ½ tablespoon

Garlic, fresh, minced                            ¼ tsp

Sesame oil                                            ½ tablespoon

Vegetable oil                                        ½ cup

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except sesame oil and vegetable oil. In a steady stream, gradually whisk in the oil. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use.

Yield:

2 tablespoons
