Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce is spread on a slice of sourdough bread, topped with folded thinly sliced speck (or another Italian cured meat), sliced brie cheese, and fresh arugula all pressed until hot and served in a perfect harmony of flavors.
Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries are studded in a chicken salad made with horseradish and mayonnaise and stuffed in a pita along with crispy lettuce, diced tomatoes and sliced red onions. (could be on a roll instead of stuffed in a pita)
Sliced Italian bread is layered with Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce topped with sliced grilled Italian seasoned chicken, basil pesto, and sliced fresh mozzarella, served cold with its bright complementing flavors.
