This harvest salad is spinach based with small diced roasted sweet potatoes, dollops of chevere, and sliced roasted turkey breast, fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries all drizzled with a warm Ocean Spray®Cranberry Juice and maple dressing.
Tart Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce is balanced with sweet maple syrup and made into a flavorful vinaigrette perfect for those fall months and served cold or warm on salads or roasted vegetables.
Chopped Romaine lettuce and fresh greens are topped with all of the classic Cobb accoutrements including chopped smoky bacon, diced hardboiled eggs, diced tomatoes, shredded white cheddar cheese, sliced avocados, diced red onion, blue cheese crumbles, cranberry and thyme marinated roasted chicken and Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries for additional texture and color all drizzled with a cranberry balsamic vinaigrette.
A crowd pleaser wedge salad, iceberg lettuce, smoky bacon, sliced cherry tomatoes, is graced with Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries and drizzled with a cranberry blue cheese dressing made with Ocean Spray® Cranberry Coulis mixed with the house chunky blue cheese dressing.
